5. No Resale
of Service
You fully acknowledge and agree not to
duplicate, copy, sell, reproduce, resell or exploit for
any commercial purposes, any portion of the
LucidDragon.com service, us of the LucidDragon.com
service, or access to the LucidDragon.com
service.

Modifications to LucidDragon.com Service
LucidDragon.com
reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, the LucidDragon.com service
(or any part thereof) with or without notice. You
acknowledge and agree that LucidDragon.com shall not be
liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
suspension or discontinuance of the LucidDragon.com
Service.
7. Suspension
or Termination
You acknowledge and agree that LucidDragon.com, in
its sole discretion, may withdraw, suspend, deny access,
terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or
use of the LucidDragon.com service, and remove and
discard any content within the LucidDragon.com service,
for any reason, including, without limitation, if
LucidDragon.com believes that you have violated or acted
inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of
Service.
LucidDragon.com
may also in its sole discretion and at any time
discontinue providing the LucidDragon.com service, or any
part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any
suspension or termination of your access to the
LucidDragon.com service under any provision of this Terms
of Service may be effected without prior notice, and
acknowledge and agree that LucidDragon.com may
immediately deactivate or delete your account and all
related information and/or bar any further access to the
LucidDragon.com service. Further, you agree that
LucidDragon.com shall not be liable to you or any
third-party for any termination of your access to the
LucidDragon.com service.
8. Guarantee
Policy
You fully understand and agree that you are
required to show that you made an effort to follow the
program and that you fully read and understood the
instructions online. Refunds will not be given after 30
days.
You have 30 days for us to honor your refund
request. Send the unused package back with a written
statement, saying that you understand and agree that you
must send us the following information typed or printed on
a piece of paper:

- Please include
a description as to why you are asking for a
refund. Give us any details you wish to
include. We would really appreciate your feedback
about our service so we can improve.

Refund requests
MUST be submitted by postal mail, not email. We must have
your signature on file for our claims department. Your
refund request will be looked over and processed that week
and you will be credited accordingly.
